Vu le peu d'options économiques à Bilbao, l'endroit est OK pour dormir et le couple qui s'en occupe très gentil, mais ils ne parlent pas anglais (ni français...), alors il faut pouvoir se débrouiller en espagnol. Comme ils peuvent dormir le matin, si vous voulez partir assez tôt mais laisser vos bagages pour une partie de la journée (comme c'était notre cas), c'est p-ê préférable de vous entendre avec eux la veille... Enfin, à noter qu'il n'y a pas d'accès à une cuisine.

Staff was very friendly! Bathrooms were very clean. Our room seemed to be a little bit older than the other rooms. Obviously some of them are renovated. The pension is a little bit far from everything! But we had a great time!

The location was great, it felt very local and you can walk to everything or the metro is 5 minutes away. The room was comfortable and clean. It´s a quiet place so don´t come here to meet people but the value for money was great. The owner doesn´t speak any english.

Very very close to the bus station! We only stayed a night to catch the Guggenheim, but the staff were very friendly (they let us check in early) and the room was comfy and clean. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Bilbao.

Isabel, the owner of the pension, is the nicest woman ever! She was extremely helpful and kind. She offered us free internet on her computer and cold water whenever we wanted it. They give you new towels every day, it's super close to the bus station (and tram and metro!), and it's a small city so everything is walkable. It's a very cute and quiet hostel and we absolutely recommend it to anyone going to Bilbao!!!!!
