Wrong price advertised so had to pay extra to what arranged. Extremely rude female in reception. Dirty courtyard floor and flies. Had to rely on guests remembering to lock outer front door at night. View from room was shared bathroom with door ajar. Very clean, room and towels. Would have to put up with bad manners to get a good bed for the night and pay extra 5euros for a heater with no tea and coffee available. Would rather sleep in a ditch!

I got a nice double room, which was clean and spacious. The owner was not overly friendly, though, and the rooms can be a bit noisy, since they all overlook the shared patio and the walls are very thin. Location is great-- right in the old town and an easy walk to the beaches.

This is hands-down the best valued accommodation I've stayed at in Europe.

The owner is very rude and she isn't fun. She will kick you out at the mínimum noise after 23 and in a bad maner. Otherwise, the place is preety cool and cheap, ideal for not party backpackers.

la pension es fantastica! está todo muy limpio. perfecta ubicacion, en pleno centro y muy cerca de una parada de autobus que te lleva a puerto banús. a 5 minutos de la playa. una de las cosas qeu mas nos gusto fue el patio exterior muy andaluz. en cuanto podamos volveremos a pension aduar!!!!! 100% recomendable the typical andalusian yard is fantastic!! really nice! i strongly recommend pension aduar! in city centre, 5 min to the beach and near to a bus stop to go to puerto banus
