Our pension have 15 rooms, 11 double rooms with private bathroom and 4 individual rooms with sharing two more bathrooms.

It wasn't management's fault, but Hostel guests should be considerate and clean up when they use the bathrooms. I recommended that the Hostel post signs in the bedrooms to have guests clean up after themselves when using bathrooms. Management here was great in fixing the immediate problem.
