The owner was very difficult to reach. One toilet was useless, since its door didn't have lock. The hostel is overpriced for its standard (although this applies to San Sebastian in general).

Great location right by the beach and main areas to be. The street is quite load at night so the window hs to remain closed and the street cleaners come by everymorning early and are quite load but this is the down side to every big city I suppose. Nice building and the streets are always clean.

FANTASTIC experience here! The owner's were SO nice, friendly, and helpful--they made me feel right at home! The facilities were clean and updated, and the bedrooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable.

The main guy who checked us in was very helpful and nice. I could not tell if anyone else worked there. Two bathrooms are available, one is nice and big, the other is small and the door does not lock (if you could call it a door). The location is perfect! As central and close to the beach as you can get. Only downside is the noise. The room was spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again if returning to San Sebastián.

Luis, the owner, is a gentleman. The location is top class central. The hostel is excellent value for money in San Sebastian. It is very noisy in this part of the city to the point that it is difficult to sleep. This is not in anyway a fault of this accommodation. People were partying on the streets until 4am! Bring ear plugs!!!

The owner of the Hostel was so lovely. He helped my friend with her lock on her bag that was stuck... went out of his way to help us with the wifi that wasnt working, and he told us about a festival that was happening in town that night. Even though he did not know much ENglish and we did not know much Spanish he was still more than happy to help. Very friendly and welcoming hostel.

The location is close to everything, yet the room we were in had two balconies and it was so noisy until 4/5 am. No fans so we needed to keep windows open. In saying that, for a few nights its good. The rest of the facilities are good, however, i would not stay there as a solo traveller if you're looking to meet people, there is no common area.

We stayed at one of their apartments which was huge, clean, well equipped and really comfortable. The location was perfect, close to the beach (La Concha) and the port. The windows looked out on a street with plenty of tapas bars but thanks to their double glazing it was not noisy. The stuff is friendly and helpful. We really appreciated our stay there.
