Martina was so very helpful from start to finish. We were arriving after check-in and departing before the office opened so she provided me with all the information I needed to arrive and depart with ease. We were even provided with a list of restaurants ahead of time and a detailed picture map of how to enter the Pension and return the key when we left. Martina made sure we were well taken care of even though we never actually met; all plans were executed as discussed. Martina definitely takes care to

Calm little hotel (no breakfast). You do have to carry your lugagge up some 4 stories (no elevator). Clean sheets and nice individual room. Shared bathroom and shower. You get a TV as well, and a private sink in the room (really useful). The wi'fi, however, didn't work (I lost 1 euro for that...). The staff, however, goes out of their way to service you (the owner spoke Portuguese also!).

I stayed in a single bedroom. The room had it's own sink, which was good since the bathroom wasn't crowded with people trying to brush their teeth at night. The person who checked me in was very nice. There was also a little fridge on my floor that you could put some breakfast foods in.

Really easy and quick to get into the city centre from here, rooms were very clean and plenty of space. Staff were really friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely stay at the Pension Belo Sono! It is more like a hotel than a hostel! The room was very nice, the hostel is just 2 stops away from the Hauptbahnhof, and clean and such. There is even a nice lady who makes up the beds and cleans up the hallway. However, the internet SUCKS. Even when I walked downstairs, I couldn't get a good signal.

everything was super clean - the bathrooms (even though shared) were great! it was obvious the staff made the effort to clean them. bedrooms were comfortable and warm - everything provided towels etc. Hotel style service with a hostel feel. location was decent - easy to get to by the S-Bahn (only 2 steps from Hbf) and direct line to Odeonplatz. Quiet street with good cafes for breakfast around the corner. Definitely recommended. Good value for your money! Would be happy to return :)
