Wifi didn't work in the room. Little closet could have had coat hangers or shelves - it was pretty useless as just a box without hangers. 4 bed room was small, but isn't bad for just a few days. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staffs are helpful and nice. And there's a microwave at the hostel so you can prepare your own food. It's good for budget travelers.

Positiv were the amazing location and the friendly staff. Negativ aspects were that communication was a little difficult because not every receptionist spoke other languages than spanish. Also the heating was turned off every time we were not in our room and from 23:00-08:00(!!!), we had extra blankets but it still wasnt really warm. The "kitchen" was a Microwaveoven though there were no plates/spoons/knifes etc or a dining table.

Hostel is in an excellent location, right in the center with plenty of restaurants and transportation. It was very cramped; the lobby is tiny and we had to squeeze through the guests at the reception desk to get onto the elevator. It has an open stairway which carries the voices from reception up the stair case. Each floor has a door to the stairs but they remained open. The streets are very busy and we had a room just off a side street which was amazingly quiet. Staff was helpful enough.

Beautiful room with wonderful balcony. Not much going on at night during the week in that area. Could use more outlets.

This is a nice hotel. This is not a hostel type. The room size is ok and we also had a small balcony and it was a shared bathroom. Everything was ok and location is great.

An excellent hotel in the center. Is close to the Alhambra and souvenir shops. The lack of a hotel: it is too noisy at night, riding on the street car and yelling drunken tourists. Do not forget to bring earplugs in ears: without them falling asleep at night will not succeed! Hotel room is large and beautiful, two balconies and wardrobes, chairs and desks. We are very happy. On reception very friendly and good help. Come here again!
