The pension is extremely well located on the corner of the main drag and the road leading up to the Alhambra. While this may sound like you're in the midst of a very noisy area, I can assure you that it was not. We were on the 3rd floor in a room with a balcony overlooking the Albayzin which can be reached by crossing the road. Staff were very helpful and welcoming but as I speak Portuguese which I found to help a lot, I cannot comment on whether staff could speak English.

The location is great, right opposite plaza Nueva with shops and restaurants/cafes are in the neighbourhood. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was ok, comfortable and cleaned daily.

I loved it! it was my second time there and each time the staff was great and so were the rooms. The first time I had a bathroom in the room but when I saw how clean everything was, the second time I just got the shared bathroom. The location is also great!

Very cool litte place. Perfect location for walking up to the Alhambra, also walking distance to other sights. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was neat and clean. Rooms also have little balconies overlooking Plaza Nueva, which is a nice touch. Wifi was also solid.

Cheap and cheerful. Bed made every day. Bathroom clean. Oldish place. Free wifi... Couldn't be more central.

The location of Pension Britz is excellent. It is right in Plaza Nuevo which is where many bars and restaurants are located, and it is on the street which you walk up to get to the Alhambra. The staff was nice as well. Having a private room with a private bathroom was worth the few extra dollars for the privacy.

Wifi didn't work in the room. Little closet could have had coat hangers or shelves - it was pretty useless as just a box without hangers. 4 bed room was small, but isn't bad for just a few days. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staffs are helpful and nice. And there's a microwave at the hostel so you can prepare your own food. It's good for budget travelers.

Location. Near to the bus stop and walking distance to the Alhambra Complex. Although walking distance to Alhambra, better take a bus.

Positiv were the amazing location and the friendly staff. Negativ aspects were that communication was a little difficult because not every receptionist spoke other languages than spanish. Also the heating was turned off every time we were not in our room and from 23:00-08:00(!!!), we had extra blankets but it still wasnt really warm. The "kitchen" was a Microwaveoven though there were no plates/spoons/knifes etc or a dining table.
