This was a nice hostel with very friendly staff and great value. The room was clean and spacious but we had to go to the floor below to find a bathroom. The bathroom was clean but water from the shower didn't drain well so the floor was wet many times after someone had showered. But the beds were comfortable, towels and basic breakfast were free, and the staff were wonderful! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

The room was very small and there was no hot water in the sink in our room or in the shared bathroom the whole time we were there.

We stayed here for 4 nights and absolutely loved it. It happened to rain the 3 days that we were in Granada so we wound up spending a lot more time in the hostel than we thought we would but it was extremely pleasant. The staff was very warm and helpful and they offer a lot of cool extra amenities like free international calls! I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone traveling to Granada, absolutely money well spent.

Stayed here for 3 nights and it was perfect. The hostal is brilliantly located within walking distance of all the main attractions and has a really helpful staff. We were fortunate enough to have nice weather had lunch everyday on the roof, which has a great view of the cathedral and the alhambra. Clean place and a good nights sleep for a great price. I'd definitely stay here again.

Really friendly staff and fantastic location. The double room was tiny and had no storage at all. No towels were provided. The lock on our door didn't work properly which made us feel slightly vulnerable. The breakfast was very disappointing (it was just toast and plastic wrapped mini-muffins). However, taking into account the friendly and helpful staff and unbeatable location, we would return again.

This hostel was well worth the price of the night's stay. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming and the continental breakfast in the morning was a huge plus. Most of the major sights in the center of Granada were within 15-20 minutes walking and the hostel is located in a neighborhood dense with tapas bars. We would recommend this hostel to anyone looking for a affordable place to stay.

A fine place. Cute staff, all helpful and accommodating. English is very good. It isn't a party hostel, but a pension as described. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the rooftop terrace offers some of the finest views of the whole city from downtown. I recommend if you're looking for a quite comfortable place.

Extremely friendly staff. We booked a private room and it definitely felt more like a hotel. We did not meet any other guests. I'm sure it would have been different had we booked the dorm. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely come back when I'm back in Granada!

Great place,we stayed in private room.it was like a hotel. the lady staff is really nice! i like her. near to city centre. however, the room was really cold in winter! I guess the heater don't really help. the kitchen lack of basic items and they dont have fridge.. :) others are alright. i suggest you guys to stay here! private rooms are slightly cheaper here, compared to other hostels in granada.

Pension Duquesa was excellent. Clean rooms, quiet, friendly staff, close to the centre of town. I'd stay there again if I ever get back to Granada

The hostel was in excellent shape and the staff kept that way (I found the shower drain to be clogged but when I went back into the bathroom not 10 minutes later I found it had been fixed even though I hadn't said anything). I overslept and missed my flight, and the woman at the desk did everything she could to help, offering to speak to the airline since her Spanish was of course much better. She even made me sandwiches and hot chocolate though breakfast had closed because she saw I was upset
