It has the bare essentials: beds. If you are out hiking or skiing all day it will do the trick, but if you are looking for a social atmosphere or amenities, do not go here

The hostel was really nice and the location is very close to the center. So it would be nice time to stay there.

It was in between seasons. Not much going on. But it was a cool place in a cool city.

the personnel was not warm (but it is austria, ok? consummer services are pathetic) the bathrooms were not completely clean enough. the check out time is at 9:00am!!!!! not good if you want to have a good rest before travelling. no common room. generally boring, not good to meet people, at least in october.

If you've ever wondered what its like to live in one of those quaint little European houses, this is what this hostel is like. Its pretty close to the inner city, you dont need to take a bus, you can just cross the bridge. There is no security or lockers so remember to bring locks if you're paranoid. The lady at reception was very nice and helpful and all the sheets/bathroom were pretty clean. Although if you're tall you may have difficulty in using the showers. I'd stay here again.

For what it is its nice. Dont expect more than a bed and friendly staff and youll be happy. Had no issues with anything previously mentioned. eg bed bugs, clock tower and bad beds. Recommended.
