Good location, but no lockers and no common room and there was no hook for the shower head so you had to hold it. The hostel (the main entrance) and the doors to the dorm room were left permanately unlocked. We weren't even given a key, so didn't have a choice in this. Security a concern.

The hostel is within easy walking distance of the city center, but the directions they give online are horrible. Ask for directions from the tourist office instead! The hostel has no locks on any of the doors, provides no keys, and has no lockers, so security is nonexistent. There was only one bathroom on the floor, and neither the shower nor the sink drained properly. There was no common area or other facilities, just a table in the hallway

The construction around the front door was really in the way, but we could make our way around it fine, and that showed us that they were improving the hostel. The rooms were all styled different and cute, and it was very quiet all weekend. Bathroom in the top floor room needs to be updated, but it was funny. The woman at the front desk was amazing and so informative. She helped us all weekend making plans. We'd go back just because of her and the close location to the city center.

Hostel no open all day (not aternoon) No kitchen. Wifi 1€ - 30min. very tiny bathroom and toilet. Clean and Quiet. L'hostel n'est pas ouvert l'après-midi de 12h à 17h. Pas de cuisine, le wifi est payant, la salle de bain et les toilettes sont vraiment minuscule. mais c'est propre et calme.

The shower was really weird (impossible to stand) and there were hair in the bottom of it. One of the beds was a little broken. The church bells woke us up almost every hour. The location, however, was good and the rooms were nice. I would recommend getting lockers to the rooms because there are no locks in the doors, just the front door in the first floor has a lock in it. Also a wifi in rooms would bring the hostel to the 21st century. The price is quite hight compared on what you get.

We didn't have key from the room and all night and day the door was open. It will be better if they can provide key for guests.

A very nice, extremely clean little family-run guest house. I had an entire dorm room to myself, because they switched a group with a lot of luggage to a room that was easier to get to. Although there was no wifi in my part of the building, they did let me sit in the entryway with my laptop to use the internet there.

The location is quite good, where you can walk to the city center easily. And there is lots of good pubs nearby. Unfortunately, there is no free Wifi, which makes it not perfect. But if I will go to Innsbruck again, it is still my choice.

It was very comfortable, although you had to pay for using the wifi and it only works at the lobby. It was very quite, ideal for having some rest.

I was prepared for a lot worse after reading the other reviews; but overall I found Glockenhaus to be good value for Innsbruck. Hostess was friendly and welcoming, and efficient. Although I booked a mixed dorm, I think she tried to keep guys and girls separate for the most part, and I was fortunate to just share with one other girl - passing a dorm downstairs full of boys the smell was quite interesting ... Location is a short walk from the city centre and walking distance to the Alpine Zoo!

first of all: it wasn't very nice and professional. after my arrival in the hostel i had to wait several minutes(approx. 10min) until someone came. and this someone was a person from the cleaning staff telling me the chief's not there recently. after quite some time of waiting he came and was very unfriendly. there was no motivation being friendly, no sign of even trying to speak in a proper, easy way to understand. the beddings, especially the mattrasses were terrible, no comfort! never again!

The internet was not working and nobody could help us. A little bit far from the historical centre (15 minutes walking). No security at all! All the dorms lock out and separate from the reception (with a different entrance, where the door is open with a eletronic key but sometimes it wasnt really closed, so anyone could get in!)

Quaint set up. Dissapointed with no wi-fi in rooms as reception is in a seperate building and that had to pay to use it. Sweet owner.
