Lots of character to this hostel, the owner is super sweet ! The location is good, easy to take the bus from the train station (a bit too far to walk) but quick and easy to walk into the main area of the city. Really clean, comfy rooms. Be aware of the check in/check out times. We had a problem returning our keys because we had to leave the hostel pretty early in the morning, owner wasn't going to be there yet and we couldnt return them the night before because we were meeting friends.

I would recommend to look a little bit more for another place to stay before deciding for this one. Good location, 10-15 min. walk to city centre . No breakfast available. No lounge, you have to spend your time in your room. We only had one toilet and shower for at least the floor we were in. Security is very poor, main door and rooms are open during the whole day, fortunately Innsbruck is a safe city. The price may seem cheap but it is high for what you really get. If at least wifi was free...

A small Pension. Close to the centre of the town. It is very basic. No breakfast is available.

Pension Glockenhaus is a nice hostel fairly close to the Old Town. The reception was very impersonal when we arrived and in most dealings. The biggest complaint is that there were not individual lockers in the rooms. Otherwise, a fairly clean, decent place to stay (in Innsbruck, which itself is spectacular).

The place is not bad as the ratings show. It's maybe the cheapest place to stay in Innsbruck which is great and they give you an Innsbruck Club card so you have some free tours and discounts. You can go on a guided mountain hike with this card and it's totally free. They give you boots and raincoat for the mountain and the transportation is also included! The pension does not offer security at all, the room where i stayed was always open just like the front door. Good that the city is very safe

Awesome little place - really friendly staff and the best view from any hostel I have ever stayed at. A perfect place to stay when visiting Innsbruck and wanting to slow down to the pace of the environment.

Fair price for Innsbruck...just a little bit "ancient" and the wooden beds can be really noisy at night.

Very clean with friendly staff, if this hostel had breakfast it would be perfect! The location within Innsbruck is excellent it is an easy walk to the centre of the city as well as to the river and the Alpine Zoo.

Great hostel, not far from the city. I used to have a 15-20 minute-walk to the city, but you can also get the W bus. Beautiful view from the private dorms. Clean and comfortable. They don't offer breakfast, but there is a table in the dorm. which allows you to go shopping for food and have your breakfast there in case you want to save some money. However, you can have breakfast at the bakeries in the city. They are not so expensive and offer perfect pastries and bread.

The house is rather old and needs renovation if you take a closer look. There is no kitchen and the toilett and shower are very small. But it's cheap, cleam and the staff was very friendly.

one this isn't a hostel rather a pension. there is NO kitchen, no common room, no wifi, no lockers for storage or locking things for safe keeping, there is a rediculous 9am checkout, a shower that is almost as big as a telephone booth, a toilet hardly big enough to get in, there is only 1 toilet for everyone, it is expensive but everything in innsbruck is...but just realize you are only getting a bed and that is it. there is no character . it is the most dissapointing hostel i have stayed in for

If you are looking for a fancy hostel with all the extras like breakfast, lockers, laundry etc.. this is not it. What it lacks in facilities it makes up for in budget charm and lack of people if you want a break from a packed dorm. if you can get past the showers that you have to hold the shower head, lack of fridge/kitchen and wifi that doesnt work then you will have a great time. Sorts out the relaxed travelers from the city hoppers that lack improvisation.
