Enjoyed our stay very much, would definetly recommend

Great place, we will come back.

Absolutely appalled by what these people try to pass of as a room for some extra money. They made us sleep in what appeared to be a closet. The only window opened up to a storage shaft in the middle of the building and it was crammed full of dirty linens and headless mannequins. There was also a window on the other side of the shaft that was for the kitchen. Bright lights from kitchen all night. No airflow in room. Extremely hot and uncomfortable. Paid same amount as people with normal size room

Staff was excellent help with finding our way to hikes, supermarkets and good pintxos. Really enjoyed our stay.

Ideal location with friendly staff, clean as a hotel while felt like at home.

The staff, though slightly unorganized, are VERY flexible and accommodate any change or request quickly and beyond expectation. Definitely recommend staying with the Goiko/Urban House conglomerate.

We had a nice and warm welcome from the staff. The location is perfect to visit the town. The rooms are perfectly clean and quiet (we were there in december).

Pension Goiko was a great place to stayand a great value! Great location close to both beaches and great restaurants and bars. The staff was so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcomed! I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in San Sebastian!
