It is one of the best hostels (price-quality-location) I have ever stayed. Indeed, really nice

My stay here from a hostel to here was the best choice I could have made!! The room I reserved had 3 beds - 3 VERY COMFORTABLE beds! Also in the room was a sink, heater, and a fan in the closet. The sheets and blankets were very nice compared to my previous hostel. The only thing I could complain about is the reception desk not being very on time since you need to make an appointment time for the desk to be present. But other than that, a very cozy and home-like stay. I would DEFINITELY re-book!

The staff was very kind and spoke good English. The kitchen stored some food available and therefore it is a good place for budget travellers.

Well located in the heart of the new town with cafes and shops, only a 5-minute-walk to the historic center. Rooms, shared bathrooms and kitchen with personel character, and clean. It was already our second stay in the hostel.

It is very difficult to find the hostel at night in the dark. There is no sign to show where the hostel is, and the tiny sticker on one of the doorbells on the building is very hard to decipher. Also, for the price I paid of Euros 44 for a single room, I think towels should be provided in the room. The lady did ask me if I needed a towel, and when I said yes, she gave me one, but I think towels should be included in the room. Also, I did not like that I had to pay for the room in cash.

Owner Comment (Show)
1. There is one big sign at the mail door indicating there is a 1 star hostal in the building. 2. We do not have single rooms. 44€ is the most expensive double room that we have. If you decided to pay one double room for yourself, and you even choose the most expensive one...what is your complain about???? 3. We do provide free towels. Maybe it was not in the room...but the receptionist offer it to you (with no additional charge), and you got your towel. Again...what is your complain about? 4. If you had read the hostel information you would have known we do not accept credit cards...

Calm and near the center. Reception girl very agreeable. The room with individual bath ... the bath was minimal, like inside the built-in wardrobe, we enternain greatly.
