Me and my girlfriend had a fantastic stay. The hostess was very welcoming and friendly. Location is perfect and there's a nice fruit shop right in front which we visited every morning. The only thing I would recommend to future visitors is some earplugs. The old town is quite busy and if you want an early night or a siesta during the day, these can be useful. Overall excellent value for money!

The location is perfect. Right in the middle of the old town of San Seb and surprisingly very little noise. Every morning there are fresh towels and the rooms / bathrooms are very clean. The host is more than welcoming (although has very limited English) and makes the stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay in pension Larrea!!!!! Central location in the old town. Rooms and bathrooms are beautiful, spacious and very clean, it was a pleasure. Rooms are equipped with triple windowpane which is very convenient at night in such a neighbourhood. Last but not least, The owner is such a nice woman and so warm.I had the impression it was my mum. Muchas gracias Amparo !!!!!!!!

Perfect location in the heart of San Sebastian old town, literally steps away from dozens of pintxo bars. Run by a very friendly lady - limited English but that was absolutely non-issue for us. Total of four (?) bedrooms with two shared bathrooms.

Lady owner was hilarious and very hospitable. Very limited English spoken and noisy at night as in main bar area but excellent location. Would recommend.

The pension is in a really great location in the old town, between the bay and surf beaches. The lady who runs the pension is AMAZING, above and beyond. She always fixed and cleaned the room up, did some of our washing tried her best to help with any question we had. On our last night we where looking for a particular Spanish dish, she actually took us on a little tour and bought us 2 of her fav tapas and a glass of local wine. Refusing to let us pay. Before we left she gave us a bottle of wine.

Great bedroom and location. Only 2 shared bathrooms with toilets inside so sometimes this made it a little difficult between all the people (it was peak season).
