This was a great place to stay in Munich. It's located right next to the main train station, so it's just a short walk to attractions like the Hofbrau Haus. I stayed in a private double room, and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast at 4 Euro was also a bargain. I recommend Pension Locarno.

Very clean (though shared bathroom was a little stinky--but if that's the worst...) and compact room with everything I needed and nothing more. A great alternative to a hostel if you simply want to get rest and have privacy, but don't require luxury. Perfect location next to Hauptbahnhof (main train station), within walking distance to city center. I will definitely stay here again.
