hotel is run by a couple, if you're in to privacy, forget it. The lady was permanent in front of my window and very loud and rude. In my absence, she cleaned the room with pure vinegar and smoking was even forbidden on the terasse. very unfriendly.never again.

First when we got there we were welcomed by a really nice lady but if you don't speak Spanish you'll have to improvise. Second, if you book the room in this hostel it doesn't mean you'll be on this address because there are two more flats(one closer and other a bit further away). Our room was in a different street but still close to the bus station. However, there's wifi only in the first flat (the one you originally book) and the room we had smelled horrible! Also no showering after 22:30h!

If you're a young couple looking for accommodation in Santander there aren't too many options, and I think this tops the list. Clean simple rooms with pretty good beds and a clean (shared) bathroom. The location isn't great, but is close to the bus and train stations. There's no common area, so perfect if you want privacy and terrible if you want to meet people. The staff are helpful if you speak Spanish - don't know if they speak any other languages.

Friendly host and convenient location however, we travelled in March and the room was really cold. There was also no hot water in the communal bathroom basin and the water in the shower only got lukewarm. This probably wouldn't be a problem for those travelling in summer but for us, it was uncomfortable. Also, there was a cockroach in our room.

Great place, amazing location! Minutes from the playa and from all the great bars and cafes, and even tattoo shops. Rad owner who tells you all you need to know! I plan on going again! Me encanta San Sebastian!!!

Fairly basic but good value. The location is very convenient for the bus and train stations and a short walk from the old centre, but not in the nicest part of town.

This hostel seems more of a piso in which they are renting out rooms. There isn't much privacy as our room had glass doors! You also have to share the bathroom with the other boarders. It really is a pension! However, it is quite cheap, so it is ok for the price. Very clean though!
