This was a nice little pension to stay in for a night. It was a pretty short walk to the center of Santander and there were lots of little restaurants around. The owners of the Pension were very friendly.
We arrived later, but we asked before if this is possible and they said its no problem. The hostel was a construction site and the entrance closes, it was not possible to call them. We had to find a new hostel in the night ! I would like to have my money back! Thank you, Sten

Fine location for seeing the center and waterfront, ten minutes from the attractions and restaurants. More of a hotel than a hostel, no common room and we never encountered staff after we checked in the first day. The old man who gave us keys and took my money didn't know where the good restaurants were but he knew their names which was helpful enough. Go to Casa Lita for drinks and good tapas and the ferry to Playa de Somo is worth the 5 euros.
