This place is not a bed and breakfast since there is no breakfast. It's not a hostel and certainly not a hotel. It's an apartment owned by a spanish speakng (only) couple and one rents a room. The rooms look clean but the stench of dust was unbearable. It's fairly quiet but mostly because it's empty. However showers are not permitted after 22:30. And the kitchen was closed half the time as well. There aren't many hostel options in Santander, but this place should be booked only as a last option.

A very simple pension. Bathroom and rooms were very clean and it was a 5 minute walk to everything central. Would stay here again.

The staff was really nice and Friendly, they only speak Spanish, so be prepared for some Hola que Tal !!!! The Location was clean, but i had a room which was very Old furnished and it smeld-fustiness... Also the Walls are very thin, so you can hear everything. Couldnt sleep. If you are staying for the Weekend its ok, but Not longer!

It's a small place, actually a flat that's used as hotel. Very close to the bus and train station. Ideal if you only wanna stay a couple of nights and you don't mind sharing the bathroom with another person.

The bedroom was very clean and the owner very homely. The bathrooms too were big and clean, with everything you need. We felt like at home.

The son's proprietary was very very VERY rude to us. If he thought we were being loud at some point, just say it POLITELY, not yelling or INVADING our room while we had our pijamas on (NO privacy). That's why this review is not very good.
