Pension Residence du Palais Reviews

Not value for money at all Staff not nice (Sunday and Monday at noon) we rang the bell to go inside BUT no one unlock the door for us we had to wait outside so long time. lucky us a tenant came back from outside and opened the door. More over staff ignored elderly people carried their luggage and go to six floor by step on stair even no elevator he did not helped anything but only let us go to the room by pointed his finger to direction only No service minded no hospitality. facilities so poor

We stayed with a friend for 5 days, sadly our experience wasnt the best. The staff was very moody and that made us scared of asking for any kind of help or service. Aside from that, facilities were lacking; there wasnt any acceses to a kitchen or kitchen supplies (spoons or knives), and the lack of a common place to stay (or at least to eat made it unconfortable for travelling on a budget, (for those that wont be eating at restaurants everyday)

well the location is very good and there is also a cafe just next to the building. the rooms are also secure. but the lady sitting at the entrance room of the hostel was very rude. we just opened the door and she started arguing about how to use the elevator, the funny thing is we did not exceed the weight limit. then later my friend was very sick, i asked to boil some water to make herbal tea. she just didn't mind. and forget about sleeping because of the floors rustle so loud as people walk.

Favourite stay in Paris so far!
