Room security was poor. The room door locked but access could be gained from a laundry area? through the window. The window did not have a lock. The electrics in the bathroom were suspect, especially the light. There was no evidence of what to do and where to escape in case of fire.

We had a room with a window to the next room. The room was so small that we could hardly surround the bed. No nightlight just one main light. The bathroom was so small that we had problems to use the toilet. Everything was old and not well done. To see the cathedral (as recommended) we had to climb a very small "stair" to come to a balcony. Even as we did not see anybody else they gave us the badest room, none of those shown on your website.
