Location is excellent, but staff is very rude; When I arrived I got card for free breakfast in nearby caffee (breakfast is not in the hotel) - I found out that they open at 9, so I said to the recepcionist that I will check out and go to breakfast. He answerd in very rude manner: No, give this card back!

The manager speaks English really well, but he often sounded aggressive when he asked 'What do you want?' It was a little startling, but I don't think he intended to be rude since he was generally friendly and helpful. Also, it seems as though the door bell may be broken on the landing. The location was great, and I'm glad the hostel gives out Erasmus cafe vouchers since it's a very cool cafe. My single room was a good size with a TV, a set of cabinets, a sink, and a personal terrace.

One cannot imagine a better location, in a small and calm street, just in the middle between the Plaza Mayor and Casa de Conchas. Our room was nice and clean and the stuff friendly. The breakfast is included and served in a next door bar. The only shortcomming is the lack of an elevator (our room was on the third floor).

The location was amazing, right by the Plaza Mayor and close to the Cathedral. Also, be aware that if you need to leave or enter at night, they lock the doors deadbolt, which you need to unlock with the key to the outer door (I didn't realize it at the time). Great location, clean, sink in my room.

The location is great, very central. I stayed in a single room, which was small but enough for one person. The room has a toilet and a sink but the showers are in a common area. The place was clean and you got towels for free. The staff was nice and helpful But nothing special. It's a great optin if you just want a place to sleep but not if you want to meet people.

Location couldn't be any better, its very close to Plaza Mayor. Our room was small but clean and comfortable. There has been some construction on the roof, starting at 9 at the morning. The walls are quite thin, as well. Therefore we had to use earplugs, but then we slept fine. All together we can recommend this hostel, because of its good value for money.

The staff was very nice. The location is creat and the rooms are good. But during my stay they worked on the roof of the neighbours from 8 a.m. till 8 p.m. Which was very loud and annoying. At a point there even was no warm water, so i couldn't take a shower.

I stayed in a single room. The room is small, but it is enough to sleep and live. There is a TV which i really liked. The location is perfect, it is right by the Plaza Mayor, and near to almost everything. I would stay here again when I go back.
