It is the constant reminder all over the hostal walls on breaking ins and to always have all doors locked at all times that makes Pension Tara your worst option. I wish someone had warned me to never spend the night there.

Discounted Italian restaurant next door. Middle of city centre (two minutes walk to the Astronomical Clock, short tram journey to main castle). Cleanliness could be improved, but staff were generally helpful.
