Great location, very friendly staff (with excellent English!) but quite dirty. Having worked in an (old) hostel myself, I know how much more difficult and time consuming it is to clean old rooms with cracks and crevices, but there really was no reason for the mildew on the shower doors other than the fact that they hadn't been seen to in quite some time.Great location, very friendly staff (with excellent English!) but quite dirty. The hostel itself was a bit run down and old. The beds were very uncomfortable. But it was cheap. Location couldnt be better, and the staff are exremely helpful and really went the extra mile to help us out with questions, train bookings etcThe hostel itself was a bit run down and old. I thoroughly enjoyed my brief stay at the Pension Tara. Safe, Clean and very affordable. I have every intention of staying there each and every time i visit Prague which will be 2-3x per year.
