Pension Versailles is a beautiful little hostel that compliments Alicante perfectly. It has everything you need (comfy clean bed, kitchen, toilet facilities, sweet courtyard that you can BYO, and a little dog). The location is great, very close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants, and also close to the barrio. Only critique would be the shower and toilet room can get smelly later in the day, so best take care of hygiene in the morning. Definitely recommend this hostel.

My stayed at Pension Versalles was a fabulous experience. The place is excellent located. It is clean and quiet with a beautiful place to stay outside and chill out. Comfortable rooms and clean toilets. The owner and all people working there are very helpful and friendly. If I come back to Alicante I will definitely choose the same place.

If you can appreciate an authentic Spanish environment (I love these tiles on the floor), and you prefer a nice atmosphere over luxury, this is the place to stay! Very nice roof garden, fully equipped kitchen, clean, very helpful staff and on a great location: in the middle of the old center and with the beach on the corner. Highly recommended I wish all hostels were like this!

For this price this i s an amazing expirience. You will get perfect location (major bus stops, tourist locations, city center and the beach NEXT to this place). Definitely a big YES. The owner is very nice and helpful and the place has it's spirit.

Pension Versalles is a very cute hostel. It is not new and modern, so if you want authenticity and tranquility, this is the place to be! It is an old builing, but all the facilities are all there and work well. The terrace is awesome, and the hostel is nearby everything: 20 min walk from the trainstation and 5 min from the busstation, the beach, the harbour, the bottom of the castle, restaurants and bars. The owner as well is very friendly and helpful!

Love it!! perfect situated near the beach and all the restaurants the place has lots of character, you could stay hours and hours in that lovely garden. But the best is his owner, very helpful and hard worker, he was all the time chatting with guest making a very friendly atmosphere.

I have stayed at this hostel many times because it is a cool place and friendly staff. I recommend it to those travelling to Alicante. The beach and local bars / restaurants are very close. Tyrone

I arrived on a cold day in January and the hostel, not having any heating, should have been closed for the season, After dinner, I came in and realized there was no heat and no staff to be found, only a snarly guard dog., As far as I could tell, I was the only guest. After finding 3 additional blankets in empty adjacent rooms, I hid under 4 blankets for the night and sort of survived but cought a cold and chest infection that I am still fighting 6 days later. No staff in the morning,
