Dont know how to rate this as they had overbooked and shoved us into another hotel (saint petersburg). the receptionist spoke no english and didnt explain what had happened, just got angry and spoke louder in her native tongue. And dont be fooled by the mention of a pool- we saw it, its a paddling pool. The owner was also very rude and never apologised for our inconvenience but did give back our deposit after we heckled him for it. the other place however was quite good

Staff: the Boss was very helpful but the receptionist was terrible. We cant communicating with bc she can speak just one forigen language (russia), she dont know what you paid and she cant managed the breakfast (some guest who come leater dont get enoughe food). But we have there funny time. And may we will choise it the next time too.
