More like a hotel than hostel rooms were super clean and nice, has heaps of character with roof top terrace. Staff were really helpful, told us all the cheapest and best places to eat and drink! Would defiantly stay there again!!

Great pension, well looked after. Rooms are big and cleaned daily w fresh towels, beds made, bin emptied. Owners are lovely and helpful. Nothing was too much effort for them. Helped w discount access to the local gym, helped me get to train station when I left, helped me with where to go during my stay. These guys really take care of their place and care about your stay. Remember it's a pension not a hostel so don't expect great common area to hang out in etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Would highly recommend staying at Pension Virgen de la Luz when visiting Seville. Very clean room with a great chilled atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful and had prepared bikes for our arrival to offer us for the day. Great value for money!

I couldn't get over how helpful the owner was. He was incredibly nice and gave me information about things to do, public transportation, and general info about Sevilla. The hostel was very pretty with beautiful tiles and plants everywhere. I really enjoyed the neighborhood - close to bars, restaurants, grocery stores, gift shops, cathedrals, etc. The room was a little chilly, but they had nice warm blankets in the room. (I stayed in March) I would stay here again.

Great budget hotel, still close enough to walk to central sights, but close to the edge of the old city making it easier to take buses. Also, 10-15 min away from train station making day trips to Cadiz and Cordoa a breeze. Enjoyed cheaper tapas in Alfalfa square. The owner of the hostel was extremely helpful and hospitable particularly after our flight was cancelled due to a strike. Would return.

We had a really good time. Gustavo was a very kind man, and the recomendations he gave us were the best!!! its a pension so dont expect a looby nor common rooms. but very comfortable rooms (great showers), on one of the best neighbourhoods of sevilla, walking distance from everything

Main gate to hostel was locked when we arrived, and none of the three phone numbers posted picked up, so we had to wait almost two hours in a nearby cafe with all our luggage until they arrived to open up and check us in. Wifi didn't work well in the room, only in the lobby. Bed was VERY poor quality, more like a cot than a bed.
