Good rooms in a good location, close to Termini station. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Rooms and bathrooms are cleaned everyday.

The place was very clean and the room was spacious. We had our sheets changed every day which was a nice surprise. The owner of the hostel was very helpful whenever we had any enquiries. I would definitely stay in this hostel again if visiting Rome. It's a good value for money!

This place is just a simple place to sleep and wash in. It doesn't try to be flash or fun but offers value for money compared to other hotels in the area. The quirky lift indicates you are dealing with old style accommodation. Be tolerant.

We spent three days in pensione giamanca in april 2013. we took a private 3 bed room which was very spacy (no bunkbeds). The room was very clean and the staff cleaned it every day. The bathrooms were good, with a notice that you have to mop after showering because there is no drape. The receptionist is very friendly and we could leave our luggage after checkout. There is a church ringing at 7 in the morning but it wasnt a problem Overall great value for money, 3 minutes from termini station.

the room has a quite nice interior for the price I pay. I like the white moulding on the ceiling and I also like the green wall in my bedroom. The room and bathroom are clean. But for the bathroom maybe it could be better if the was a curtain at the shower area, so the bathroom floor could be dry all the time

Right next to Termini station and easy to find. The rooms were large and comfortable but also a little cold. Lots of privacy and a quiet atmoshphere. However, the bathrooms were a little stark- no curtains for the showers and very basic. But overall, I would recommend it if you're looking for an affordable, private room in a good location.

Very friendly, respectful staff, very close (!) to Termini Station. Can be little bit noisy (due to the bathroom-like-tiles being everywhere I suppose), but I was able to sleep during the day (after arrival) without any interruption. I had no TV in the room but had strong WI-FI. Room clean and refreshed every day. Some city maps supplied here served me during the whole stay in Rome. Additionally I had basin and desk in the room. Only disadvantage was the room temperature (too cold). Recommended.
