No free internet is not cool, at least make it one hour a day...

Overall really enjoyed our stay. It was the end of our 5 week vacation so we had a private room which was a nice break from the regular dorms. Enjoyed the convenience of the grocery store, restaurants, etc. but it was a bit far if you're looking for more of a social, in-city experience. In retrospect, we probably should've bought a bus pass with how much money we spent busing it back and forth from the city. Really enjoyed our stay though overall!

Stayed for four nights in single room. Great location as in lovely residential area near Mt Eden shops about 10 mins walk to bus stops for airport shuttle and downtown. So glad I stayed here rather than hostels in downtown. Well equipped kitchen. Deck and garden can be used till 10pm. As in a residential area they ask for quiet after 10pm which I loved. Not for party animals. Have to pay for wifi. Would definitely stay here again

Staff are very helpful and cheerful!

Lovely place! Staff were wonderful - Kate and Vinnie rock! Pretty place, nice big communal rooms and in a nice leafy suburb, and with a great kitchen. Would definitely recommend, had a wonderful time!

Thank you for making this visit to a 'home away from home'. Everyone was so lovely and the place was clean and had a great atmosphere.

Nice hostel; lovely location; lovely staff as well. Only problem: too few bathrooms (but you should already know that). Good side is that you can have a chat while waiting to take your morning shower.

A really lovely place! Will definitely be back. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the private bathrooms are sparkling and spacious, the kitchen is giant, and the beds are ultra comfy. Everything about this place is comfortable and inviting and top quality. A+ Only cons: Internet is expensive ($6.50 a day) but actually cheaper than other places. Also I left my expensive jacket in the kitchen overnight and it was stolen--can't blame the hostel for this though.
