Although not next to the beach, this guest house is an easy walk to most places you would want to visit. The owners are fantastic - they really go out of their way to help you (even let me check out at 4pm so that I could have a shower before heading to the airport...) I wouldn't think twice about staying there again. Good luck Penzy, great guest house!

The most friendly and welcoming place we've visited in Thailand! Penzy was willing to help us out with anything, and gave us some very good advice about the local people and good places to eat. The best bit for us was feeling like we were part of a family, and thats not mentioning the room! It was clean and everything you would need for such a good price. The guesthouse itself is'nt right in the main busy area, but down a side street, meaning a good nights sleep! One word... PERFECT!!!

We had an amazing time at this hostel, the people there were very accommodating and very nice. they sent us an email letting us know how to get to the hostel, and made sure we had everything we needed when we were there. They were amazing, i will recommend this place to anyone.

Penzy's is a bit of a safe haven on Chaweng Beach. At the quieter end of the beach, it provides a very clean,cool and nicely furnished room to unwind in. Penzy and her husband were incredibly helpful during our stay, advising us on booking trips and tours, as well as sorting our bus and boat combo to get us safely to The Full Moon Party and back. After 8 weeks of travelling, we welcomed their chilled vibe and their easy going attitude.Thank you both for making our stay so enjoyable!

Great place! Penzy and her husband are so nice and helpful! Also very welcoming! Location is good, and if you know where you are you can get to very interesting places around. A recommended place for all!

The room was really nice: good size and very clean (daily round!). Very high standard for a price that is among the cheapest in Samui. Very good standard if you can't do without a pictoresque view from the room window. The beach is just 5 minutes away. It is located close to all the amenities Samui offers as a touristic destination (not always so good) but anything you need or look for is just walking distance. Penzy and partner are helpful and available for anything you need.

Only good things to say about Penzy's. Clean bathrooms and bedding, a GREAT location just next to the beach, and the staff will arrange rides and tours. Penzy herself is awesome and even let us borrow spoons to eat fresh coconut. If I'm even in Samui again I'll be booking there.
