We had a really good stay, the location was a short walk away from the Historical Center, the staff were very helpful and polite, the hostel was always clean and very well decorsated and maintained, the kitchen was full equiped and the breakfast was good (bread with butter and jam, mini croissants, cereals, jogurts, hot drinks, juice). My only complaint is the bathrooms, only one bathroom for girls (and only one for boys) and the shower was hot and cold. Everything else was PERFECT!

It was very cold in the hostel. No heat at all. Water was cold, no towels, toilet seats broken.... Breakfast poor. I didn't like the place at all.

Thank you, Nano (receptionist)! With your advice we managed to visit the best places of Sintra! Staying at People Sintra Hostel was good, but bathroom wasn't so clean! There is a free breakfast at hostel as well.

This was an unusual hostel, to enter and exit you had to climb up or down a huge staircase in a very old and dark building, as I'm a smoker and the hostel itself had no balconies or outside areas to smoke, this meant climbing down the dark stairways multiple times in the evening. The beds were not bunk beds and lined up close to each other, felt like we were packed in like sardines :( no privacy. The bathroom was basic, no lock on the door even to the shower room. Other areas were great
