All in all we had a very pleasant stay. We had many personal logistics problems during our stay, and the staff was very helpful and patient with us. The location is great, less than 10 minutes walk from Sultanahmet, in a charming, quite and safe neighborhood. Only problem is the train going near by, but is you have a room facing the street you're OK. Our room was nice and clean. So bottom line - very nice place, I would go back there, especially nice for couples.
