It is difficult to get cheap accommodation anywhere in Singapore and as such the Perak Lodge offers relatively good value. The staff were the best aspect of the short stay.

This property located in an alley where surrounding by Indians, quite historic house which can see the concrete floors through ceramic tiles.. to be honest, it's not worth to be charged at 150 SGD at all. Never come back again, I feel that it's completely turn upside down the past comments.

Clean and comfortable, although basic by Singapore standards. Good value for money, however, as better hotels in Singapore are extremely expensive in comparison. Highly recommended if you are looking for a mid-range option.
