Michael and Elizabeth were great! They took me to the market, were enthusiastic and informative about where they lived, and even planned meals and cooked them for me! Above and beyond service.

WOWWWWWWWWWWW Je le recommande à tous!!! Place très chaleureuse :) Si vous y aller, chercher un maison blanche et mauve ,car il n\'y a pas de pancarte qui indique c\'est ou!!! 10/10

Very charming house with very charming hosts. Fantastic balcony with view on the bay. Clean and well-maintained rooms with very unique decoration. Hosts were incredibly welcoming and with a limited number of rooms, it allows for a very initmate and personal atmosphere. Perfect location to relax and enjoy the costa rican lifestyle. Delicious homemade breakfast. Would definitely go there again. Thanks Michael and Elizabeth

A wonderful traditional house about 100 years old, superbly restored. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and if you don't mind spending a bit more than at the average hostel, this place should not be missed. If arriving by taxi, ask the driver to phone the guest house because it's a bit hard to find. Puntarenas is a fascinating, unpretentious town with a lively atmosphere and well worth a stay as a change from the usual beach resorts.

We've stayed here for two nights and were sad to be leaving. The house is gorgeous, furnished and decorated with pieces from all over the world. Elisabeth and Michael are wonderful hosts and excellent cooks. If you're looking for a place to kick off your hiking shoes, lean back and relax yourself before heading off to the next costa rican national park, you just found it. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable and more independent stay.
