Excellent location and that's it. "Reception" = counter of the convenience store. They had no real idea of my booking and were fairly uninterested in my arrival. Only security is a key coded gate. Front door = open with no lock/key. Room door = open with no lock/key. No lockers - I carried my valuables on me 24/7 (I have never felt it necessary to do this before at any other hostel). Bathroom was pretty horrid - no evidence of it ever having been cleaned. Kitchen was passable. Stay elsewhere.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Very dirty facilities, bathrooms were actually disgusting and the kitchen was completely gross. The front of the place is a chinese deli, so the 'hostel' -if it can be called that- was in the back away from the sunshine. Most of the rooms had no windows, only some blocked emergency doors. Linen was stained and with holes, beds leaders had tape to keep them straight. It's NOTHING like the pictures. You can get much cheaper, better quality places in Perth, so STAY AWAY!!
