Amsterdam Beach - The Apartment Peter Martensstraat is a fresh and modern apartment/house found on the new Ijburg area within walking distance of Amsterdam's beach. A maximum of ten people can sleep in this large space, which measures a spacious total of 120 meters, so this is a great choice for a large family or group of friends. This area is well serviced by trams and buses, so getting around will be easy for you. Getting to the city centre takes about 20 minutes on the tram, and once there you can visit all the museums and attractions which Amsterdam has to offer. Amsterdam beach and the IJmeer lake are just 3 minutes from your temporary home.
The apartment is laid out over two levels and consists of 4 bedrooms (two with double beds and two with single beds), a spacious living room with a large TV and beautiful views and three sofa beds, an open plan kitchen with all the utensils and facilities you'll need, one bathroom, and one WC. Breakfast isn't included in the price, though with your own kitchen you have the freedom to prepare whatever you'd like to eat yourself. Other things you'll find in this apartment include a balcony, washing machine, fridge, tumble dryer and towels and sheets.
Due to the fact that the apartment is divided over two levels, it may not be suitable for the elderly.
Finally, smoking is permitted here.
***Please note the following conditions:
-Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 30 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
-Extra early check in between 10am-3pm - 30 euros
-Extra late check-in fee from 6pm-10pm - 30 euros
-Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
-cleaning fee 40 euros
There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure.
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card payments under this conditions:
-Deposit will be 260 E blocked on your account, which will eventually be unblocked. In case of a apartment damage we will charge the damage amount plus 5%
-All credit card payments will be charged 5% fee.
-This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund will be charged 30 E extra and we can refund them the deposit back in cash only between 10 am-6 pm.
-In the case that a check-out is before 10:00am, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected.

The apartment is very nice, good quality / price ratio. It is located on the outskirts in a quiet area, but is located about 5-10 minutes walk from the tram stop, and after 20 minutes by tram from Central Station Amterdam. Not recommended for people with reduced mobility, as the kitchen and living room are on the first floor.
