The outside and lobby and pool area very nice, beautiful, and updated. The rooms, however, are a bit outdated and the beds are not super comfortable. The shower is pretty tight and small and the air conditioning doesn't blow very strong. However, the location and value of the hotel are awesome. There's a bus stop, bakery, and grocery store right outside. And the beach is a short walk away. Even though the rooms could use some updating, I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place to stay. Good location in Perissa with a 10 minute or so walk down to Black Sand Beach. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The bathroom it's very small and every time when we took shower everything went wet.
They were all SO nice! Great hostel if you're looking to spend a lot of time at the beach! It's very close to the black beach. It's about 30 minutes from Fira which is the city center. There is a 24 hour bakery and also a super market right across the street. There's also a bus stop right by there and two places to rent quads or scooters!! Our flight was after midnight so they let us leave our stuff during the day and even use the showers by the pool before we left. Great stay!!
Our stay here was wonderful! Gionnis was so sweet to us the entire time! He picked us up from the airport and even waited around for two hours while we tried to figure out what happened to our lost baggage. The next day we went out for the day and the airport called him and he picked it up for us no questions asked. The hostel is in a great location for perissa beach and the bakery and supermarket across the street are perfectly convenient. The pool at the hostel was nice too! I'd stay again!
Giannis was very kind and helpful
Lovely little family run hostel, perfect for a night or two in Santorini. Five minutes from the beach and a bit of a trek into Fira, but it was never an issue. The staff are lovely and very kind, and even picked us up from the port at 1:00 AM. Gorgeous pool too. Rooms are basic but would definitely recommend.
Amazing value for money, at least in late June. We are a couple and we had a huge room with a bathroom and a balcony on our own, at a ridiculously low price for Santorini (14 euros per person). The room was clean and the balcony had a view towards the impressive Profitis Ilias mountain. Very good location, there is a supermarket right across the street and the beach is only 500 meters away. I highly recommend this hotel.
The room we originally booked wasn't given to us. Instead we were given an underground room with 5 beds (there was only two of us), the lights didn't work, the bathroom smelt of mould, none of the doors would close, there was spider webs all over the beds and walls, and security was very poor - anybody could enter your room. The owner offered another room but it was just as bad. We were happy for them to keep the deposit and the price of one nights stay, but he refused to give the rest back

One block away from the black sand beach and just across the street from a delicious 24 hour bakery as well as the grocery and a bus stop. We booked an excursion to the volcanos and hot springs through the hotel and were picked up and dropped up here which was great. Facilities are clean and GREAT value for money. Would definitely come back!
It was close to the black sand beach and right across the street from a 24 hour bakery and a small grocery store, which was perfect! However there isn't much else around, it is on the quieter side of the island. It does have a really nice pool though! And it is easy to get to the other side of the island by renting a quad, which is not very expensive,
The air conditioning in our room was not working on the first night. The wifi was weak and could not be connected to most of the time. When we asked the staff for help, they were unfriendly and unresponsive. However, price is pretty good and location is decent if you rent a car.
Our room was dirty, but the staff was very kind. Far from Oia, but accessible by bus.
We had a lovely stay at Petra Nera, 5 minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants, 24 hour bakery across the road for snacks, Giannis was very friendly and helpful and picked us up and dropped us back to the port for our ferry. He also organised a reasonable rented car for us. Would highly recommend for a stay in Santorini, excellent value.

The hotel manager was absolutely brilliant, checking we were happy throughout the week and dropped us at the airport for 5 euros each. The pool is a good size and well maintained. Although we didn't have a problem in June, I suspect in peak season it may be difficult to get a sunbed. Room was basic but clean, and fresh towels were provided everyday. Supermarket and 24 hour bakery across the road are absolutely brilliant! 5/10 minute walk from Perissa beachfront.
Amazing location and staff. The owner is very nice and helpful.
We stayed 6 nights. Always clean, great staff. I liked the area a lot too, it's "far" from the capital, as in 20-25 min with a quadbike. Our best hotel in Greece so far. The balcony was great in the evenings, drinking some wine before going to some of the really nice pubs in the area (I can recommend the Lazy Lizard and Bobs bar). I would book this hostel if i would go back!
Best place ever. Awesome location. The owner is the coolest guy on the planet. Right across from grocery store the owner picked us up from the port and dropped me back off when it was time to leave.
