The hostel was alright, a little too industrial for my liking. Toilets seemed to back up rather frequently. Showers are the push type but I suppose that can help save water if a silly person just left the faucet running
Nice, clean and good looking hostel. The staff wasn't very helpful and representative. At first they didn't notice I paid a deposit of 10% and when I came back the next day to get e refund it took them half an hour to sort things out before handing met the money.

I ve stayed in a disable room and it was incredible noisy . The room was at the corridor that makes the passage to the offices and the noise starts at 7,00 am with the door open and shout every time without any care , also the high hills of the shoes . Also the light of the lobby/ bar / restaurant was so low that it was difficult to read, so the only thing we could do was talking or drinking. Theres should be a place for those who need to work or just want to read a book.

Need locker or safe in room. Good location close to metro and main sites. Laundry only available to use till 6pm very inconvenient. Comfortable room. Breakfast expensive for what is offered. Good cheap dinner / lunch and drinks.
A log fireplace in the lounge?! WINNING. Friendly staff, best beds, free laptops, pretty good neighbourhood though out of the way for typical tourist sights.
I would recommend this hostel to anyone. It's atmosphere is so laid back and relaxing, it feels more like a lounge than a hostel. The staff were always more than welcome to lend a hand and answer any questions that I asked. My only caution would be to bring soap, as hand soap is only provided in the public bathroom, not in individual rooms. Easily my greatest hostel experience.
Very good hostel, clean and comfortable. The only critisism is the smell of the kitchen is everywhere and its very difficult to get out of the clothes.
In Europe for over a month and this was hands down the best hostel! Breakfast is €6 but worth it and staff are very knowledgable about the city. Atmosphere provided by the 24hr bar was particularly nice. Right across from a train station and in a very cool building. Very clean and super comfy beds. All doors and lockers work off of electronic keys so everything is very secure. I would love it go back, and recommend this hostel to everyone.
I had a great stay at this hostel, the staff were great. Special mentions to soran! Easy enough to meet people whether you are travelling alone or with others. Incredible location. Right next to the metro and right in the heart of Berlin. Would definitely recommend.
Comfortable hostel, clean, friendly, little atmosphere, great breafast (not included). Nice reliable place to stay.
Good comfort. Very clean. Too much exploited with expensive coffee, beer and breakfast. In a good hostel at least coffee should be free.
Great hostel, wi-fi was fast, good atmosphere, right by the metro to head into town. Staff were really friendly too. Would liked to have stayed longer.
Place was great. Awesome common room. Location whilst near public transport was a bit away from the action. The staff I dealt with were unfriendly and unhelpful. I wanted to book another night but was told they were full. Fair enough so I run back upstairs and get my stuff, come back down or of breath to check out but wasn't able to until I'd put my pillow case out even though the other room mates who'd checked out earlier hadn't had to.
I can wholeheartedly recommend this hostel. The rooms are nice, the staff is very helpful, it's a skip and a hop from a well connected subway station and it has a good vibe. Breakfast was good, but was a bit pricey. There are plenty of alternatives in the vicinity, though, if you look for somewhere different to eat. If you live on a dime, you might miss the kitchen.
My flipflops have gone from the room. I assume the cleaning lady took them, however the staff wasn't really eager to help me finding them.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean. When walking in the hostel we walk through a bar. That is the common room. I can't help but finding hostels with bars as common rooms a bit impersonal and more on the commercial side of things. It's alright but it is not necessarily where we meet people. While I was there, there were groups of young people celebrating. It was loud if your room was above the bar...Otherwise the neighborhood is nice and there are a few restaurants nearby.
Good overall, just a small issue... 1 bathroom for each gender in all the hostel except for private rooms.
Nice but small common area. Comfy n clean bunk beds. 2 blocks away to metro station. Bit far away from main attractions. in general a good hostel to stay.
Hostel has great facilities, but they are not very clean, especially showers. And also atmosphere was a little bit strange. Nobody wasn't talking to nobody, definitely not a place to stay if you are travelling alone! But the people at the reception are ok.
