You need to improve the showers. The water pressure it's horrible and the temperature changes while you bath from extreme cold to super hot :(( It's strange you can't lock the door of your private room from the inside, it would give you an extra sense of safety.

It was one of the best hostels i've ever been. German quality of everything. Pefect security with just one electronic key for everything. Amazing shower room. If there appear kitchen it will be the best hostel in Berlin (at least in ratio price/quality)! Strongly recommend!

The best thing about this hostel is the sound proof rooms! It made it super easy to sleep and they provide an all u can eat breakfast for some money which was great: coffee, yogurt, bread, etc. the bathrooms were kept clean. The only downside was no wifi in the individual room. Only in the common rooms

The hostel is in a great location near a UBahn station. The atmosphere does not really encourage people to meet other people and the common area is awkwardly set up with tables rather than couches or places to talk to each other. The staff needs to work on their attitude. They are not very friendly and guests seem to bother than more than anything. Guests are interruptions, rather than people who are paying.

When I made my check-in my bag disapeared and I went back to the reception nobody has seen it... The floor of our room it was really dirty. We took the breakfast and the bartrender was not really nice. We were well received but therefore the service was not what we expected. We were in Wombat before and it was great compared with this one. The breakfast is more expensive than in Wombat and is almost the same.

Once the construction is complete I think it would have a great atmosphere in the bar area

I guess the staff is OK, while I sometimes meet a very friendly one, hence it gets "Good" not "Excellent". Instead of talking about hostel rules they may for instance try to move their feet from reception and make guest comfortable by showing him a room before he pays. It's a standard everywhere else, right? Rules cannot be an excuse for laziness, and booked is not sold yet. No wi-fi in the rooms. If I were them, I'd at least provided cables for internet instead of TV sets. Extra clean.

Great place to stay in Berlin, good location, great common area, not awesome for meeting people, but very comfortable. Also a grocery store very close to make it worth your while. staff is generally cool and helpful. you will most likely enjoy your stay here, just watch out for the showers, you have to keep pressing the button.

The staff at this place are awesome with good sense of humor overall. The common room/ bar is a bit big and hard to meet people. Showers are okay, but you must keep pushing them to keep them on. overall good deal for the money, nice location and good facilities, with security as well. nice place.

Great hostel. It's just a pity that there's no internet in the rooms and no kitchen either.
