Very friendly, helpful staff! Down a bit if a creepy alley but that can't really be helped, the location was good otherwise! Enjoyable stay

Nice clean hostel with hot showers and good aircondition. However, the rooms were quite small. It is good value for money and I would go there again.

They accepted my booking and then said they were full and took me to thier sister hotel around the corner. Seems to be a coomon con where they accept a booking and just move you. I had people meeting me and my suitcase which got lost en route all going to the hotel I booked but I wasnt there. The staff were helpful in sorting this out.

We slept in the 6 bed dorm on the top floor. The room was rather tiny, but clean, the bathroom spacious as for hostel standards, the AC was very efficient. Thanks to the elevator climbing stairs wasn't a problem and the little (furnitureless) terrace overlooking the neighbourhood was an additional asset. WiFi didn't really work down there but it was OK on ground floor. Food stalls right next door. Overall: exactly what you normally look for in a hostel.

The direction to the hostel provided in HosteWorld is actually not really clear. The hostel should highlighted the buildings nearby the small street towards the hostel.

The hostel is in the alley, at first we didn't find the hostel until the local showed they way to us. The hostel is clean, but the social area are quite small. They serve breakfast too, and the kitchen area are quite small too. Hostel location about 15 minutes to the market and any other attractions by walking. There's an elevator provided, so it is convenient for those who stayed in the upper floor. The local are very nice and willing to help.

Staff are amazing, location is great. Great ensuite toilets in the dorms, good wifi, good hot breakfast. My only complaint is I wish the common room had more seating. That can be easily overlooked - this hostel is fantastic.

We stayed at this hostel twice, before and after a trip to another city. The first time, the hostel was overbooked. However, they handled it properly by putting us up in another hotel and paying for the taxi rides. Thankfully, we said something about our second booking. They were able to find the booking from Hostelworld in their email, but hadn't bothered to log that in their books. I also suspect that they are getting a kickback from a taxi company, as they overcharged and lied about the time.

The place was great. Staff are very helpful, the rooms were very clean and there are good lockers in the dorms. The only downside for me was that there is no real common area and the kitchen is small so for meeting people not that great. But everything else was great

On arrival we were sent to another sister hotel for the first night which seemed to happen to a few other people. However they transferred our bags there and back for us in order to minimise the inconvenience.

Very nice hostel- we were a group of 5 people and we stayed in the mixed dorm. For what.you pay its pretty good- clean, safe, friendly. Nothing too fancy and the rooms are pretty small but that's to be expected given the price you're paying. Would definitely stay here again.
