Novice Nomad (2)

I though the Phan Lan 2 was a very comfortable place to stay. The staff are nice & friendly, the location is ideal as it's just off Pham Ngu Lao St and my room was kept very clean. They've only got 1 computer in reception for using the internet and you might not meet a lot of other young travellers here but the staff won't mind you coming in late after a night out in the city!
