I booked a 10 bed dorm and shared my room with 17 people. 25 people shared one toilet/shower. The first night was overbooked so one guy had no bed for the night. On the morning after the Fullmoonparty there was no water and we couldnt lock the door of the bathroom. This was then worst location I have ever been. I booked 4 nights and left after 2. The next time I rather spend more money for a private bungalow...

This is a perfectly adequate place to stay for full moon party. If you spend most of your night partying and most of your day out and about, you'll happily snore out a few hours of sleep in this massive communal bunk. However, if you're a light sleeper or prefer to hang out in the dorm, the facilities leave a lot to be desired. i had no problems with staff, but rated average as they weren't overly friendly or outwardly helpful in any way either.

It was a great location to be in as we werent too far from anything that we wanted to do. the staff always looked to help us get the best deals which i really do appriciate.

This might be one of the worst hostels I have ever stayed at, and I have stayed at many. Disregarding the lack of atmosphere and inability to meet fellow travellers, this hostel was just incredibly dirty. The bathroom in particular. Which was wet and full of mold and dripped our dirty shower water on us from the ceiling every time we went in, and was not cleaned while we were there. The staff was unfriendly and the security was lax. The front desk was sleeping twice. Good location for full moon.
