Pharaoh

Pharaoh, a beautiful 4 bedroom apartment is located just 15 minutes from Central Station by taking a direct bus line. The apartment has a touch of finesse and distinction. There's a grand total of four bedrooms in the apartment, 1.5 bathrooms and a beautiful terrace where you are free to organize your own BBQ get together.

In the living room had you can choose to sit on one out of the three comfortable sofa beds around the fire place to stay warm. Set you hot cup of decaf on the coffee table while watching television.

The living room is connected to the kitchen which comes with a stove, an oven, a fridge and all other cooking utensils needed for a well prepared meal.

A total of four bedrooms is in the apartment. Each bedroom has a double bed with the exception of one them which has a double bed and single bed. Bed sheets, linen and blankets will be provided.

There are two bathrooms, one has a shower area, a sink, a toilet and jacuzzi. The other bathroom has a sink and toilet. Towels will be provided.

Cancellation policy is 3 days in advance
We accept payment by cash and credit card.
Smoking is allowed.
WiFi is available.

Please note the following conditions:

- Late check-in from 6pm-10pm is 25 Euro, check-in after 10pm is 50 Euro.
- Early check in from 10am - 3pm is 30 Euro. (Only in cases where there is no guests checking-out the same day).
- Late check-out after 12 is 50 Euro. (In cases where nobody is coming to the apartment same day).
- Cleaning fee 40 Euros
- Damage Deposit 250 Euros

There is a security (damage/key) deposit of Euro 250 refundable on departure. This deposit will be refund by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account. Cash refund is available under the condition of extra 30 euros payment at check in.

In the case that a check-out is before 9:00, the security deposit will be returned via PayPal or Bank transfer once the apartment is inspected
