Really couldn't have improved on anything! Very impressed, staff were on point, easy to speak to, and when booking online were very helpful and replied instantly. Great location just 2 minutes from a subway station (Achasan). Rooms were spotless, comfortable, light, aired and had all you really need! Only small gripe I would have is the breakfast, which is a standard let-down at most hostels around the world. Coffee was absolutely dire and bread was of the horrible sliced white variety!

The only thing that we did not like was the fact they didn't have towels and when we asked for it, we got two small hand towels. Moreover they never went to the room to see if we still had toilet paper or not. We had to buy our own toilet paper. The rest was ok.

It's really close to subway station, and has an elevator in it, which is very convenient for people with heavy luggage.

Room size is just right for 4. Ive stayed at other hostel where the dorm rooms are really small. I felt quite safe due to the security on the main door and room door. Only bad point is that it is pretty far from the main Seoul area; i.e. Myeongdong Namdaemun etc. But the hostel is pretty close to the subway so it was alright. Would love to stay here again when I come back to visit.

1. Stay at Phil, it's like stay at own house. 2. Room (I stayed at Standard Twin Private) and place are awesome. 3. Great Location. So near to subway. 4. The Staff... Joe, Ha and Serena are great staff. So nice and helpful. 5. Highly recommend...I'll stay in here again if I go to Korea again.

Philhouse let us feel cozy and relax here.Their staff are friendly and willing to help. Although their location is a little bit far away from downtown, the neighborhood is quite convenient, restaurants and supermarket near by 10 minutes walking distance.I definitely will stay here next time. If they can provide some cooking tools in room then it will be better. We have kitchen in room but no dishes, pan and teapot to use.Hope you can consider to add these items in room. Thanks for the good memory.
