Great value for the money. The place was pretty old and in need of a reno (especially the gross bathrooms) and the 8 mixed dorm was small, but overall it was a good choice. Hot showers, friendly staff, good breakfast, and 5 min walk from the Tube.

For London, it's ok, in the sense that you get what you pay for. Not amazing, that's for sure, and the staff is not as great as what some cmments may suggest, but for 11 euros/night (without breakfast) in a dorm rather clean and of human size (6 beds, whereas in many central hostels in London it's closer to 18/19 euros in 20-bed dorms), and in Central London (close to Marylebone and Baker Street stations and the nice Regents Park), it's decent, even good value for a few days . I would go back.

Perhaps it was the time of year but the bar was more a nuisance than a functioning waterhole. The staff were cooperative but no more - they seemed tired and were uninterested. The cleanibg girl was very friendly. The location is alright but nit central to anything except lebanese food. It has the makings of a great hostel but it ain't yet.

A good low cost/budget, very central hostel set in an old pub. The hostel has a bar downstairs and the rooms all above this upstairs. With two free PC's for browsing the net at the side of the bar and breakfast for only £1.50!! which includes: around 5 diff cereals, ham, cheese, toast, jam, tea/coffee, juice the place is amazing budget value! Ok the old pub has seen better days but a worthy place to stay on a budget for central London.

The hostel was in a very good location and was good value for money.. The staff are mostly very friendly and helpful but unfortunately the customer service skills could be worked on a little by some of the staff. Ive stayed at the hostel a few times now and would come back as well as recommend it. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean.. the bathrooms could have been cleaner but ive been in much worst. The manager is very friendly and likes guests to enjoy their stay.

A great atmosphere. Good staff and a friendly environment. Thanks Jonathan for your help and I'll spread the word about the hostel. Guys come on, check it out for yourselves and I'm sure you won't be disappointed! Great people from all over the world are staying here so you won't have trouble in socialising! And of course, it's about 16 minutes to Piccadilly Circus. G-R-E-A-T Stuff.
