The rooms were small but we only stayed for 1 night so it was fine. Its easy walking distance to most things. The staff were friendly but really promoted their families business's and restaurants. Breakfast wasn't included like the website said but it was only an extra dollar for that. They did let us check in early after we arrived on the overnight bus which was great and appreciated.

Hostel was clean and right near the main roads for bars/restaurants however, they charged for breakfast when they said it was free! Staff are helpful but you get the impression they are not happy if you book tours from another company and not through them. Also our toilet was leaking and we tried to explain and show but wasn't fixed. But it had ok for the money we paid!

We stayed in a double room, which was perfect! Very clean and a nice break from dorms! Hotel looks very swish - such good value for money that we left feeling like they had undercharged us.

Cheap hotel with nice breakfast. Bathroom could be cleaner and the location isn't that good.

The room was perfect for us, clean and comfortable. The staff was so nice and helpful, definitely a place we would recommend to anyone. The included breakfast provided good variety and great taste. We were very satisfied with our stay!

The woman who works nights is an absolute sweetheart and she is eager to help you in any way possible. The morning woman is also nice, but she is definitely a bit more pushy in terms of booking activities through the hotel. Overall, great facilities and as good location as it gets. Would stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. I even got a bigger room with balcony. They also helped booking flights, guided tours and transfer to the airport. I can really recommend this hotel

This hostel was a real disappointment, on our first night we had to switch rooms because there were ants crawling all over our bed etc. When we went down to reception to ask the 'security guard' if we could move and he was so drunk he was sick everywhere and passed out. The security here is very poor, anyone could walk in and grab a key. The female staff are lovely but unfortunately this does not make up for other short comings. Also the breakfast is not free and there is no hot tub.

Most of the staff here are very friendly. However, there was one lady at reception who at first seemed helpful as until she got annoyed at us for booking our bus out of Hue somewhere else. She tried to make us feel guilty and bombarded us with questions about how could we book with someone else.. We did book a one day tour with them - we got there and we had to pay extra as she hadn't included it or explained why we had it cheaper that the others. They cleaned our room when we asked not to.
