Value for money ! Decent place to stay 4 the price i am paying for. The staff could speak quite a few languages and are extremely helpful and thoughtful for planning, suggestions and organizing, during my stay in the hotel. The only lacking thing is i stayed on the top floor and it is very, superb tiring to climb all the way to the top. Once i reach my room, i gave a 2nd thot of coming back down again ! hahaha... Will definitely go back again if i visit Hanoi again ! well done, keep it up !

The staff here are extremely friendly and helps with all the trips, that you may wanna go on. We can only recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Downtown Hanoi. Its close to everything :-)

The service, especially from everyone at the front desk was excellent.Booked tickets and tours through them and had no trouble cancelling when the weather was bad , they were simply helpful in every respect.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hanoi Phoenix ,the room was very clean and comfortable ,great location ,easy to access to the most wanted places ,the trips organized at the hotel were excellent .Overall every thing was perfect .We highly reccommend this hotel .

We were skeptical of booking trips, tickets through guesthouses, but the owner here helped us book a trip to Halong Bay that was wonderful. He also booked 2 flights and a train ticket for us very efficiently, all of which worked out perfectly and at good prices. The guesthouse itself has small but clean rooms. It may not be ideal those who don't like stairs because there is no elevator. But we'd definitely recommend it enthusiastically for its extremely helpful, honest staff!

This hotel is one of the best I ever stayed. Is clean and they have comfortable rooms. Even they put in the 6th floor but is ok...is like another exercise for me ^_^ ! Good breakfast and also free for internet . And Kevin...... he is the best staff here. He helped me a lot to arange my tour and he also gave me the best price for the tour. I would like to stay here again if I come to Hanoi.

The best of the hotel s the good location. 5 minutes walking to the lake. It's clean and cheap. You hava coffe, tea and bananas free all the day. The worth is if you are in the 6th floor you don't have elevator.

Excellent service from Hanoi Phoenix ,the room was very clean ,the breakfast was great ,free tea and coffee ,the manager and his staff were very friendly and helpful ..... All things considered it was one of the best experiences we've ever had staying in a hotel, and the price was great. We've highly recommended it and would most definitely stay again when in Hanoi
