The pictures of the hotel online do not match up with the reality of it. There were no tea/coffee making facilities there, just an odd looking teapot type of thing. It was quite difficult to find from the train station and the staff were not overly welcoming at all. We only stayed here for one night luckily.
Very good hôtel. We spent 2 nights on a room and it was very clean. Also the Staff is very helpfull and friendly. I recommend it !
Very spiffy and comfortable hotel near the beach and not far from the bus stop to Hoi An. The staff are great, too!
Nice room, great bathroom and super helpful staff. Meant to stay one night, ended up staying 5!
The room was very cheap considering the facilities and the location. However, the staff tried to cheat on us when selling the bus ticket to the north (more than 3 USD, which is a lot in Vietnam).
Had a lovely twin room, felt like luxury after staying in some dorms. lovely staff and great value!
The staff at this hostel are a disgrace. Scamming and untrustworthy. They should be removed from the hostel world website.
Had a few problems with the lights in the room when it got dark- the issue being that they were not working! Told reception and they had someone over within 10 minutes and the lights working in 5 minutes. Bit of a pain, but dealt with excellently.
Had a whole room for 3 for the price i paid for 1. Location is good. In the center of most of the accommodation. If you want to buy bus tickets to hoi an or anywhere for that matter, I suggest you go straight to the bus companies or somewhere else. After doing some asking around, I discovered I was overcharged here.
Good hotel for all the basics and very good location and helpful staff. Drawback was the cleanliness: there was still bath water in the bath when we arrived, and there was a lot of beard hairs all over the sink in the bathroom. The toilet seat also was very dirty and we had to clean it again in order to use it. We ordered breakfast to go and the omelette was completely uncooked and raw so we has to throw it in the bin.
The location and facilities were great, but it was the staff that made this hotel such a great choice. They were welcoming and happy to help with any arrangements and queries. I have stayed at two of the larger hotels in Hue which was nice, but I actually preferred this hotel because of its low key, local and personal touch. Thank you for an amazing stay, XX
Not quite in the exact centre this hotel, offered great facilities at a great rate, the little enclave it e habits is close to both local and western food. The staff are freindly but pushy with bus tickets which are prices, but the bus was quite nice. Main point a dorm room in hue backpackers costs the same pp as a private room with ensuite, tv, mini fridge, wifi, zircon and a fan room, excellent value if no breakfast though. I'd recommend it.
