It was ok for two days, but not a place I would like to stay at again. There\'s a terrible smell in the room, possibly from the toilet. The room has a window, but the house next to it is maybe 30cm away. So it\'s very dark. You have wifi, but it\'s not very fast. There must be better places than that in Vientiane.

Free internet and breakfast made for a nice stay. Room was airconditioned and clean. Decent value for money and ideally located close to attractions.

in a year of backpacking through south america and southeast asia, this was the first place where we walked into our room and wanted to leave. we've had our share of windowless little box rooms, but this one reeked of cigarettes. as we just needed a place to stay for a couple nights and were going to be out during the days, we stayed, but go elsewhere if smoke bothers you. good a/c, weak wifi (works pretty much only in lobby), but good location near river/sights.

We stayed here for two nights, and were very satisfied. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, and helpfull, and the location is good. Walking distance to The vertical runway, some stupas, and a lot of restaurants. The river is also very close by. Value for the money. Can definitly recommend it!

It was awesome, we were pleasently surprised about the breakfast and free wifi. We even stayed an extra night. Walls are very thin, we listened to people have fun a couple nights in a row.

In a great location just off the river front, with some fantastic restaurants close by. If you're after a place to leave your stuff while you explore and have a sleep at the end of a big day, this place is great. Not much of an atmosphere otherwise, staff are helpful and the place is clean.

The hotel was situated in a good location, however the staff did not speak very good English and were not helpful when we needed to book a bus to Vang Vieng. Even though they had posters on the wall advertising that they could book these buses for us, they initially changed the price and then didn't end up booking the bus at all (and only told this to us 2 hrs before we were meant to depart). We had to go to a different hotel to book the bus.

The hotel is just nice, nothing special. Take a computer for internet is kind of hard, because all the time kids there on-playing games, and the owners usually don't do anything. The best point, value for money and the location is not bad.

The paper thin walls allow you hear every noise from every where, especially the annoying kids (the owners I presume). Don't ask questions, cause these guys are'nt geared to answer any of them be in English, French or as it seems in Laotion. Rooms without windows, dont think about availability of hot water, cause you wont get it. Downstairs /lobby seems to be run as a local function centre, so hell, treat yourself and stay ANYWHERE else!

I've stayed in better places for less but it's okay as a room for a few nights. Staff don't really communicate anything to you so you are a little on your own (there was a party/festival in the lobby during our stay and no one could tell us what for). Breakfast is eggs and toast so don't get excited. Overall the place just felt a little drab.

The place was nice and the bed was huge!! So good for the price. Only problem is that you need to speak to the young guy behind the counter as nobody else understands you, and he's not always there. Apart from that I'd happily recommend it.

Good location and a couple of helpful members of staff, but really for the money I expected a bit more.. Our two rooms had clearly been made by splitting one bigger room in half with a paper thin dividing wall, staff spoke little english (although one was very good and helpful), mosquitoes were ever present and the hot water seemingly non-existant. Also after saying they would drive us to the airport for our flight the man who was meant to do it got drunk and slept through it, still it was OK

Very good location close to the river, hot water was not always available, probably because of high usage, room was clean and comfortable. Very nice place overall.

Unfortunately the staff were not very friendly and the air conditioning did not work in my room. I had to leave early for a flight and could not even get a cup of coffee because the chef had taken the keys home the previous day apparently.

When we arrived they had forgotten our booking so we had to arrange another room, which was rather difficult as we spoke no Laotian and they spoke no english. Once that was sorted it was fine. We were only staying 1 ngiht as a stopover on the way to vang vieng. It was a clean room, nice bathroom, decent beds, AC. The reason we were attracted to this place was because it offerred 3 bed rooms, which are hard to come by, and as i was travelling in a group of 3 this made the decision pretty easy.

This hostel was adequate however we were disappointed that they had no record of our hostelworld booking when we arrived and had to painstakingly explain what room type and price we had already booked etc.. and after a sleeper bus we really just wanted our room!. Other than this small hiccup, everything else was fine.
