After we lost a wallet in the taxi from the airport to the hostel, the staff did all their best to get it back for us, successfully! All day good music good TV series. A pool table was available and a bar with cocktails and beer. The rooms were very clean!

This hostel is very nice, e rooms are tiny though. It only has a/c at night, but good fans all day. The staff is very nice and helpful. Staying in Phuket town itself isn't the best idea, but if you need to stay in town, this is the place to go!

This place is generally a good place and considering quite cheap it is good value for money. The dorms are cute although I didn't have a fan near my bed as it had fell of the wall. The staff were ok but I would have liked to see them a bit more cheerful or even helpful. the bathrooms were not the best but they did the job (once I found them!). the food and bar service though was quite good and was nice to cosy near the video area. Overall I would stay there again as it was cheap.

Really nice, chill atmosphere at this place. The manager, Rum, is an awesome guy. He showed me around and was really friendly even though I arrived late at night. I ended up just drinking in the hostel lounge with the staff instead of going out to the bar. Great place to stay. Shout out to Rum!

It is a good Hostel but not the best place to meet people. The rooms are strange, because it`s all open towards the corridor. There is only one big light for the hole floor. But like every bed has its own light its ok. It can be very noisy, but I think it`s normal for a hostel. I would stay there again! Very clean!!! Book exchange is very good. They have a lot of different books in all lenguages.

Wow, what a great vibe this place has, its down to the staff being so happy and willing to help, these guys will help you with anything, I ended up staying for two weeks , the location is great for transport , food, night life everything you could possibly need, if you're going to Phuket you must stop here! If you need a drink when you arrive ask for a Sang Som and coke, Michael.

It was my first stay at a hostel n the environment of the hostel was so inviting ! There was just a great vibe at the hostel, you get to meet some very fun ppl and the staff is very friendly and helpful. A little far from the main strip of clubs in Phuket but if you get a taxi/ tuk tuk it rlly isn't bad. Nice to be in a quiet part of town but you can also find fun stuff to do in old town Phuket... Very close to the viewpoint and many other Kool attractions.

Really good hostel! Second time I stay here! Phuket town is maby not the best place to stay if you want to party but this place ha a really good atmosphere! Only bad thing is the smell in the corridor on the third floor. I think something must have died in the ventilation system or something because it smells disgusting

The hostel was okay and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Just 2 things.1: they need to update the airport bus schedule, its no longer accurate. 2: t the staffs were not specific in pointing out the beds for guests. Since the room was very very small, guests easily mistook their beds if the occupant was not there. I had to change my bed twice, from below to above, and to opposite, cos every time i came back i saw another guy there on my bed. So its annoying.

There is a big living room,which is usefull to meet some people and make a party on the night (and alcohool is very cheep in the hostel !!!) best place to party + they have some sale for road trip around phuket (james bond island 50% off ... =) )

The entrance is not good! It gives a really bad impression of the place. There are always lots of native guys with motorcycle offering you a taxi... The place is not very clean either. However is very well located, the bus stop was just 3 min away from it and its besides the 7 eleven! It was very hot so i would advise to chose a room with air conditioner ( you pay more for it). The staff don't speak much english so you have to be patient....

Showers were terrible. The smell in the hallways were unbearable. The lobby was fun, staff very nice and there were lots of other travelers. It was easy to walk to food and it was right next to a shopping market. Not near the beach. We had a private room and have stayed all over the country including right next to the beach. Backpacker is very expensive for what it was. Would not revisit this hostel.

Well I have been in this hostel many time, last passed few years, I noticed the changes, but it was better before now the reception is mixed with the bar, and the music, sorry the loud music, this staff member think he is in a disco bar , you cannot ear yourself thinking. Too noisy for me, also the motobike drivers drinking early morning and play pool yelling constantly . Over wise it is ok , but unfortunately you will loose me . Tourn the sound down.

I only stayed in this hostel because I had to sleep a night in Phuket before going to Phiphi, if you are in the same situation this is a good choice because it's pretty close to the pier. The staff was REALLY helpfull! we arrived late at night and they helped us a lot with booking the ferry tickets. I stayed on a private room so I can speak about the others, but mine room was big, confortable and clean.

Don't book tickets through them, I booked a ticket to Koh Lanta through them thinking that I was running late and didn't have time to get to the bus station and buy it myself, but all they do is drive you to the bus station and buy it for you, 400 Bhat for a transfer. The tickets had then sold out for my bus and I had to wait for 2 hours for the next one. Apart from that, a bit noisy in the 4 (20) man dorm due to no ceilings between dorms.

Great staff!!! There was a major discrepancy between our booking and the room that was waiting for us when we arrived, but the owner was quick to make good on it and upgraded all of our rooms!! The staff are kind and the atmosphere is great! For anyone booking , I would say that the dorm rooms are EXTREMELY small and non of them come with a bathroom, so I recommend the private rooms! the hang out areas are great!

Good but expensive.

Really loved it here!! Staff were so helpful, bus stop right outside, and only 30baht to get to the popular beaches!! Lovely place, really enjoyed watching movies with everyone in the lounge. So many to chose from. Food was so good and cheap! Enjoyed playing pool each evening also. Only improvement is to fix your bikes, didñt seem to work! And hallways to next door was a slight smelly!! But everything was perfect! Thank you
