Phuoc An Hotel is a great place to stay. Free bike hire is excellent and they were able to book us numerous flights and day trips very quickly and easily and weren't pushy in telling us which ones to take. The rooms are big and clean and have an awesome mini bar with lots of food and drink which is often cheaper than on the street!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was close to restaraunts and not far from main old city. The free bikes were great and if they ran out they found more. The breakfast was adequate and tasty. The staff were very friendly and helpful and though the room was a little musty it was large and roomy. At the time of our stay there was some construction work which finised at 4pm as promised. I have stayed in better hostels than this hotel and the price for what for get is rubbish I could have got a much better hotel if I had waited and looked around when I arrived. the only good thing is it is next to cafe 43 which is awesome good food and really cheap!

Clean and spacious rooms with nice bathroom and we even had a balcony. Also the breakfast was good. The location is just a few minutes walk from the old centre and the hotel has a free bycicle service. And for those wo want, there is a (small) swimming pool. Negative points? Well it's probably not the cheapest place were you can stay and it has not really a 'backpackers atmosphere', but it was one of the better places we stayed in Vietnam

Good place to stay while in Hoi An. Room was big with a balcony and the main attractions are within easy reach with some decent restaurants very close. You can use their bikes for free, which is a quick (though hot) way to get to Cai Dai beach.

Had a really enjoyable stay at the Phuoc An Hotel- the staff were the most helpful and friendliest we have come across on our visit to Vietnam and as a group of 4 it was really nice they could provide a room big enough for us all to stay in! really recommend this hotel!

well equipped and modern facilities. Staff were helpful but some how make money out of their recommendation on which tour to take and price.

The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. They are able to help you book train tickets, bus tickets, plane tickets, etc... The hotel also has free bikes, which are very handy.

Not directly into the old town but still at a convenient walking distance from there. Rooms are clean,confortable. I recommend also the 5 courses menu they propose to discover local specialties.

Very nice hotel. Swimming pool. Very new. We liked it a lot.
