Nice, clean hotel, bedroom very old fashioned (in a good way), not too far from main street, bannana pancakes with choc sauce for brekkie were a highlight. But hot water didnt last for very long, staff weren't overly helpful/friendly, and they were charging more for buses etc. than other places. plus we were woken up early every morning by the really loud noises outside, which is strange because it isnt on a main street. Have stayed at better but bedroom was niceNice, clean hotel, bedroom very old fashioned (in a good way), not too far from main street, bannana pancakes with choc sauce for brekkie were a highlight. The hotel is located on a quiet residential road which has few restaurants and close to lots of tailor shops which is handy if you want to get clothes or shoes made whilst in Hoi An. The free breakfast is great as you chose how you want your eggs made (or pancake if you prefer) and they make them in front of you. There are also lots of sweet breads and fruit to choose from. The room was nice and clean although the TV didnt have a very good picture. The hotel is located on a quiet residential road which has few restaurants and close to lots of tailor shops which is handy if you want to get clothes or shoes made whilst in Hoi An. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from the old town proper and the room we had smelt a bit of damp and had some paint peeling off the walls, although was clean. They do offer free bike hire which is a nice addition. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from the old town proper and the room we had smelt a bit of damp and had some paint peeling off the walls, although was clean. Phuoc Anh was a great place to stay, we came in last minute and they booked us a room for a good price right away. The location is great, just a few minutes away from the old center. We booked a cookingclass and excursion to My Son with them, which were very good. Also their tailor is good quality for money, only my shoplady got a little rude when i didn't buy the expensive option, but they weren't all like that. I would stay here again in the future!Phuoc Anh was a great place to stay, we came in last minute and they booked us a room for a good price right away. Really enjoyed the breakfast! Try the banana pancakes with chocolate sauce and extra banana! Rooms were pretty small and pretty clean and beds are nice! Do not try the haircut, they use rusty scissors and the result is not the best... Good location, with everything in old town in walking distance. A little bit of a walk to the centre of the action. Hotel situated on an active lane. Rooms were sort of cleaned daily. Beds were made up but drinking glasses and bathtub were not fully cleaned. Sunrise trip booked through Phuoc An to My Son did not arrive at sunset and the explanation was "the sun was rising while we were in the van....loved that one! This hotel was a nice place to stay, lovely room and clean. Minus side was that the cleaning ladies talked so much outside our room in the morning that it woke us up every morning. Also we heard some songs that woke us up though we don't know where they came from. Also wifi would be nice in the rooms especially because the lobby is shut down at eleven pm (some employees slept there which seemed weird to us). Plus side nioe staff and tv in the room! This hotel was a nice place to stay, lovely room and clean.
