Our stay at phuc an hotel was fantastic. The staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay, there is a tour desk there also which is handy. The room was extreme value for money with a nice balcony and great shower! The hotel is in the best position, just out of the old town in a quiet alley. Cafe 43 is highly recommended just a few doors down. Free bicycle hire also is great, riding to the beach is great fun and easy. Would definitely stay again

Phuoc An Hotel was pretty great. Only $27 a night for a huge king size bed. Air conditioning was weak, the pool sucks, and the staff kind of pushes you to use them for taxi services and getaways. The bed is pretty average. When they changed my sheets, they didn\'t change the fitted sheet. However, the location is great, the rooftop amazing, the price is cheap, the internet works great, the breakfast is good, and right across the street you can rent mopeds for $5/day! I am very satisfied.

Bit far from the main areas, but still ok. Nice cheap places to eat around the hotel. Good thing were the free bicycles, easy to get around then. Hotel itself was ok, good place to stay.

The staff at this hotel are beyond amazing - so friendly and helpful! The hotel itself is gorgeous, has a great location and the most amazing breakfast I've seen - and it's included!! I would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. The prices aren't backpacker rates and there are probably cheaper in Hoi An, but the staff were very friendly and facilities like a swimming pool, free tea and coffee and free bike rental added to the experience. I would stay here again.

The Hotel was nice and the staff was very helpful they let us use the shovers after we had checked otu and made some reservatiosn for us! All in all I would recomend the Hotel to anyone traveling to Hoi An! The location was good, eventhough not quite in the centre! And the free bikes the Hotle lends out were great!

The Phuoc An Hotel is conveniently located on a back-street away from the main road and is nice and quiet. The room we had was clean, and the included breakfast was very good too. The staff were also good in that they arranged a day trip to My Son, onward flights with Vietnamese Airways, and suit postage all for a reasonable price. They also allowed us to use their shower facility later in the day after we had checked out which was good. TV, A/C, etc, all good.

Located 5 mins walk from the old town center of Hoi An in a quite residential area this is a nice place to stay. The rooms are spacious and clean as is the bathroom. The breakfast is great, there is lots of fruits a selection of different bread and sweetcakes and there is the lady that cooks pancakes, omelettes or fried eggs just as you order it.

Great hotel. Very popular as well. Our room wasn\'t a deluxe room, just a usual twin private and it was great. Modern, clean, good wifi connection. There were complimentary tea and coffee sachets too, was great. They have bicycle hire as well, I think it\'s free, but I wasn\'t game enough. The breakfast was delicious! They had a lady making personalised omelettes and pancakes. They had regular bread (from a loaf!) jam, fruit, tea and coffee. Was really good.

Everything was perfect. The room was amazing, the breakfast enjoyable. The staff extremely helpful. We used their attached tailoring company service. The tailors are slightly more expensive but the quality is worth the extra cost(s). The cut/fit of my suit is amazing, and was done in 2 fittings. Amazing TV, airconditioning, lighting, shower/bathroom. Daily fresh/free fruit and water. Free bikes to ride also (10km round trip ride to the beach). Cafe 43 next door is a MUST!!!
