Likely, worst "hostel" i ve ever been: expensive, dirty and ugly... Horrible!

Very thin walls and doors. You could probably hit right through them with your fist. A lot of garbage sourrounding the hostel. Nice and friendly staff. Nice location, about 10 minute walk from the centre. Maybe I would have stayed there again as the general standard at Phi Phi is quite low.

The staff didn't have my reservation details from hostelworld.com, and they spoke minimal english, which made it difficult. They also made me wait until they'd finished balancing their books before they'd investigate, I was slightly put out. However, the room was nice, had tv, mini fridge and air con. Wi-fi had excellent reception. Not right in town, so quiet at night, and not up the hill, so easy to walk with pack.

No bag service from the pier and when I called to find out where they were, no one answered the phone. We spent about 20 minutes walking around trying to find the place. There was hardly anyone ever had the front desk. Would never stay here again.

We didn't have any room service we stayed there, the location is far from the night life, so if you want to stay in quiet place , it is all right, the way to hotel come through garbage, is a dirty island.

Much better value elsewhere. No pick up at the port or bag drop off. The building is nice and the rooms comfortable but it is out of the way and was tough to find. The phone was not answered also. There is an excellent choice of television channels for foreigners.
